Hi, I’m Jimmy Atkinson, the founder of OpportunityDb, and host of the Opportunity Zones Podcast.

One of the biggest challenges for an Opportunity Zone professional or investor, is that the OZ industry is so new and so highly specialized, it’s hard to stay in-the-know.

And it can also be tough to develop relationships with other leaders and doers in the OZ space. Because this industry is still emerging, there hasn’t previously been a central place for all of the top OZ leaders and investors to gather.
