OpportunityDb will host OZ Pitch Day Summer 2023 this Thursday, July 20, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. This will be OpportunityDb’s ninth OZ Pitch Day event, and the second of three such events in 2023.

OZ Pitch Day is a one-day online event that matches investors with privately offered Qualified Opportunity Funds that are raising capital.

In addition to the showcase of funds, the OZ Pitch Day will feature several educational segments. The event will kick off at 10:00 AM ET with an “OZ 101 For High Net Worth Investors” session hosted by OpportunityDb founder Jimmy Atkinson.

Atkinson will also moderate two additional educational sessions throughout the course of the day.

The morning panel beginning at 11:45 AM ET, “The Industrial Sector & Opportunity Zones,” will feature Peter Ciganik (GTIS Partners), Brian Duren (CliftonLarsonAllen), and Jim Lang (Greenberg Trauig). This panel will highlight how the Opportunity Zone incentive can be leveraged to build out more logistics-based and other industrial real estate.

OZ Pros co-founder Ashley Tison will be the featured guest during the “Ask The OZ Expert” session at 1:25 PM ET. Tison will field live questions about Opportunity Zone investing from the OZ Pitch Day audience.
