This QOF offers a unique opportunity to invest in a portfolio of assets that have already been identified and purchased, with renovations already underway on multiple properties.
The portfolio includes a boutique hotel in San Juan, a “jungle retreat” located outside the urban center, and two high end resorts with beachfront access in beautiful Cabo Rojo.
