The Ceeley Opportunity Fund is raising $3.5 million for construction of 4-story mixed use building at the center of the 91-acre Fairview Village project in Portland’s East Metro.
Sitework is over 90% complete which allows construction to begin immediately and reduces project risk. Sitework and Building Permits are issued which eliminates regulatory risk.
Construction will begin immediately when funding completed.
The Ceeley Opportunity Zone Fund 1 LLC will be a single asset entity developed and constructed by major builder of the Fairview Village project. Major public investment surrounds the project with many national employers within a ten-minute drive of this project.
The Ceeley OZ Fund 1 LLC will own 100% of the project and will be managed by The Everhart Company, Inc., its developer/promoter.
The Developer is also developing the 62-unit Vista View apartment project in a nearby Opportunity Zone. The Vista View offers an IRR of over 25% and an X-Multiple of over 3.5 based on a ten-year investment cycle.
