The Ceeley Opportunity Fund is raising $3.4 million for construction of 4-story mixed use building at the center of the 91-acre Fairview Village project in Portland’s east metro. Total cost is $8,600,000 with borrowing to leverage returns based on OZ raise.
Sitework is over 90% complete which allows construction to begin immediately and reduces project risk. Sitework and Building Permits are issued which eliminates regulatory risk. Construction will begin immediately when funding completed.
The Ceeley Opportunity Zone Fund 1 LLC will be a single asset entity developed and constructed by major builder of the Fairview Village project. Major public investment surrounds the project with many national employers within 1+ of this in-fill site. Minimum investment is $50,000.
