The Ceeley Opportunity Fund is raising $5.0 million for construction of 4-story mixed use building at the center of the 91-acre Fairview Village project in Portland’s east metro. Total cost is $8,000,000 with $3,000,000 borrowing planned to leverage returns to investors. 33 apartments over 4-5 ground floor office spaces.
Sitework is over 90% complete which allows construction to begin immediately. Site Permit is ready and Building Permit is pending in next 30 days. Construction will begin immediately when funding completed.
The Ceeley Opportunity Zone Fund LLC will be a single asset entity developed by the major developer/builder of the nearly completed Fairview Village project. Major public investment surrounds the project with many national employers within 1+ of this in-fill site.
