Ryan Companies has started construction on a 151-unit multifamily project in an Opportunity Zone in the Denver suburb of Lakewood. The project will encompass more than 130,000 square feet in a six floor building. Amenities will include a pool, patio, and automated vehicle parking stacker system.

“We’re honored to take part in the ongoing revitalization of the Two Creeks neighborhood,” said Mark Beal, vice president of construction operations at Ryan Companies. “This is our first multifamily project in the Denver market, and we’re determined to create a positive, lasting impact on the community.”

The city of Lakewood, which is located southwest of downtown Denver, is home to two of Colorado’s 126 Opportunity Zones.
