Parsonex Breaks Ground On Grand Junction OZ Project

Parsonex Capital Partners and Senergy Builders have broken ground on their second OZ project. The Brookwillow Estates project will consist of 36 condominium units in the booming town of Grand Junction, which is located off of I-70 near the UtahColorado border.

Grand Junction has seen an influx of residents over the past several years, creating strong demand for rental units. “Grand Junction has recently been coined, ‘The New West’ due to the number of residents flocking to the area,” said Parsonex CEO and president Jonathan Miller. “Given its prime location between the Rocky Mountains and Moab Desert, Grand Junction is a highly desirable place to live, and there is a strong demand for three-bedroom rentals.”

Parsonex and Senergy previously developed the Sundance Townhomes project in Grand Junction, which is located less than a mile from the new project. There are six Opportunity Zones in Grand Junction, covering a significant portion of the city.
