Vanderhall Motor Works, a portfolio company of Hall Venture Partners, has taken the next step towards an IPO with the filing of its Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Vanderhall develops three-wheel and four-wheel light mobility vehicles, including the Brawley and Venice models. Vanderhall is one of several companies in the Hall Venture Partners portfolio and was launched from the Hall Labs “modern day Edison lab” located in Provo. It is among the most successful and highest profile operating businesses to be launched in an Opportunity Zone.

An IPO would likely take place once the SEC completes its review process. Pricing and the size of the offering has not yet been announced.
