Three story brick building, approx. 22,717 sqaure feet, formerly used by Laughridge Fruniture for furniture storage and showroom space. Recent improvements include replacement windows and new membrane roof. This large older former hosiery mill known as the Clevenger Building is located in the newly renovated Depot area of historic downtown Marion and has lots to offer for future development. Retail, residential and/or combinations of both are all possibilities for this historic building. Hardwood flooring and a freight elevator are just a couple of the building's many features. Building is a contributing building in the Historic Depot District listed on the National Register of Historic Places and may be eligible for state and federal historic tax credits as well as a local facade grant incentive.
