Riverbound Custom Storage & RV, LP is planned to be up to a 500 unit Custom Self-Storage facility

developed on 160 acres located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Each self-storage unit will consist of indoor and

outdoor storage on a fenced 1/8 of an acre including build-to-suit storage structures. The General

Partner (GP) has experience in the moving and storage field, while the members of the GP own and

manage multiple businesses nationwide. The land to be purchased for this project is 160 Acres of fee

simple land zoned for heavy industrial, surrounded by BLM (Bureau Land Management) land with

immediate access to Hwy 95. The plan is to build this facility out in four separate phases over a four year

period. It is estimated that, with required capital, the build out for Phase 1 consisting of up to 100 1/8

Acre sites, could be ready for occupancy by end of 2019. Demand for indoor and outdoor storage in Lake

Havasu, Arizona is very strong.
