Single asset multifamily development QOZ Fund closed in October 2020. This was Milhaus’s fourth QOZ Fund. The Fund project, Urbane, is a 263-unit multi-family project located in South Kansas City, MO. The location is adjacent one of Cerner’s largest employee campuses, in a planned 325-acre biotech business park development. South Kansas City sits just 20 minutes from the heart of Kansas City’s downtown and is home to some of the area’s largest parks and trail systems, including Swope Park, Hillcrest, and Blue River Glades.
