We are raising a single asset Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund created for the development and ownership of a Class A multifamily community called Encore in Huntsville, Alabama within the $1+ billion MidCity District, which is one of the largest mixed-use redevelopments in the country. Encore includes 244 luxury apartments and 11,000 square feet of ground level retail space with structured parking in a walkable, urban environment. Encore already has won top awards from both the AIA and NAHB as one of the best new projects in the country.

As the home of both Redstone Arsenal (headquarters of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command and the Marshall Space Flight Center) and Cummings Research Park (the second largest research park in the United States), Huntsville attracts many of the country’s best aerospace, military defense and engineering companies and their associated employees, resulting in a highly-educated and affluent population.
