Arela Partners Opportunity Fund

The Arela Opportunity Zone Fund intends to focus on identifying cities and opportunity zoned communities where they can make, rather than chase the market. Arela Partners seeks to plan strategic development and will joint venture where possible with other opportunity zone developers to build or redevelop the community in a way that planning, esthetics, design and timing will positively impact the market demand and viability for that community.

AOZ Development, a subsidiary of parent company Arela Partners, is acquiring Opportunity Zone Property either in partnership with other Opportunity Zone funds or on behalf of opportunity zone invested funds for investment and reinvestment of third party capital. Arela purchases opportunity zone businesses, opportunity zone business property, and real estate. Arela also facilitates and provides development, consulting, financial and construction services to other parties who participate and invest within any national opportunity zone.
